The winery’s signature label is available in red, rosé and white. When the Mas was created, vines and sheep existed side by side on the banks of the Rhône.
The cross of the Isle Saint Pierre, where the cross represents faith, the anchor hope and the heart charity. Ram heads are linked to the domain’s history and the key to Paradise, kept by St Peter, is set in the centre of the heart.

Deep garnet opens on an aromatic nose with spicy tones and notes of blackcurrant.
Tasty, fresh, velvety and round on the palate, followed by aromas of dark berries and liquorice.

Depuis 1927 | Rosé
This wine has an attractively pale, brilliant rose-petal colour and an elegant, airy nose with red berries and fresh fruit. On the palate, it is open and fruity taste, with a full body and a certain smoothness. The saline terroir brings a hint of iodine.

Beautiful, clear, pale yellow colour, floral nose releasing white fruit notes, balanced palate with lemon freshness revealing iodine notes: so many excellent reasons to enjoy this white wine with a Southern accent.

Merlot
A wine full of nuances. The deep red colour combines with the rather rich fragrances of liquorice and jammy berries.
The palate, with velvety tannins, is supple and full. The perfect match for red meat and cheeses.

Carménère
The Carménère vintage produces a well-balanced wine. It has an intense purple colour heralding a nose of strawberries, blackberries and slightly spicy dark fruit. The palate is elegant, suave, persistent, and has a long finish with notes of blueberries and spices as as well as a hint of graphite.

Petit Verdot
The floral nose is announced by the bold purple colour. The palate, full of freshness, is fed by solid tannins. A good match with red meat in sauce and stew, or with strong cheeses.

Syrah
The Syrah Rosé vintage has a beautiful pale purple colour. Nose with notes of sour berries and candy. This fresh, very easy-to-drink wine balances nicely on the palate.

Chardonnay
The brilliant, pale yellow colour with green hues fills the nose with exotic fruit. The palate roundly unfolds with a balance on full-bodied, sour fruit notes.

Colombard
The Colombard vintage has a pale golden colour. On the nose and palate, there are notes of exotic fruit with a nice sour freshness tending towards citrus (grapefruit).
Ripisylve
The vineyard is located on an island on the banks of the Rhône that naturally inspires the name of the Ripisylve vintage, literally meaning “riverbank woods”.
When the Boisviel winery was created in 1927, the Isle Saint Pierre “ripisylve” was cleared to plant vines.

Ripisylve | Red
This wine has a very deep dark colour with ruby red gleams announcing an intense nose with notes of undergrowth and damp earth evolving into meat bouillon. When stirred, the wine releases vegetal notes. The tannins are very present on the palate, bringing some marked liquorice notes.

Ripisylve | Rosé
It has a bold rosé colour. The nose is very fresh and gives off rose-petal aromas.
The revelation takes place on the palate with fruity notes of candy, and a long-lasting taste. The ideal accompaniment for Mediterranean meals.

Ripisylve | White
The pale yellow colour heralds a wine with a very aromatic and complex nose in harmony with spices, lime and candied ginger.
The palate is fruity, round and smooth, both light and luscious, with a nice length ending on a sweet touch.

Bulles rosé
Our Bulles Rosé is pale in colour. The nose is powerful with very pronounced scents of honey and muscat. It is a frank, slightly sweet wine—sheer pleasure.

Les P’tites Cousines
“Les P’tites Cousines” cuvée is a sparkling wine with fine bubbles and a delicate color. This gourmet and balanced sparkling rosé wine will delight the taste buds of your guests for festive aperitifs!

Doux comme un agneau
Doux Comme un Agneau has a pale colour with green hues. The nose is very fruity and pleasant. The palate has a nice balance between sweet and sour, with hints of apple and candy.

From its creation to the present day, the four generations of winegrowers who have succeeded one another on the winery have always been sensitive to technological advances, originality of varieties and preservation of fauna and flora.
These vintages are the result of research leading to varieties that are tolerant of and resistant to vine diseases.

Résistant Rouge
The color is moderately intense, but with a lively undertone. On the nose, notes of fresh liquorice and sweet spices dominate.
The wine is tangy on the palate. The tannins are present, without harshness…

Résistant Blanc 2020
Pale in color with soft green reflections, Résistant Blanc has a very expressive and powerful nose; with subtle notes of fresh exotic fruits… On the palate, the attack is tangy and the exotic fruit notes evolve towards honeysuckle notes.

Résistant Rosé 2020
The dress offers a lively shade.
On the nose, the Rosé Résistant is pleasant, with notes of dried fruits reminiscent of Cabernet.
It is a tangy wine, which is sweet on the palate, with sweet notes of fresh hazelnut.

Résistant rosé
Pale and brilliant pink, slightly salmon-coloured, Résistant Rosé reveals a floral nose with hints of citrus fruit. A flavoury palate with a nice length. This delightful wine goes perfectly with summer cuisine.

Soreli
The Soreli vintage has a light yellow colour with slight green reflections. Its very expressive nose is reminiscent of Sauvignon: floral, vegetal notes. The palate is balanced, with hints of exotic fruit and a slight saline touch.
Special Editions
These vintages are produced in limited quantities, some of them only when the vintage will allow it.

Hégoa
Hégoa has pretty green hues. The nose is fine and delicate, with scents of candied lemon. For all its aromatic richness in the mouth, it has a nice balance between sweet (Italian meringue) and spicy.

Magnum Vieilles Voitures
Deep garnet colour. Aromatic nose with spicy dominance and some blackcurrant notes. Tasty, fresh, velvety and round on the palate, with aromas of dak fruit and liquorice.
