Ripisylve Red

This wine has a very deep dark colour with ruby red gleams announcing an intense nose with notes of undergrowth and damp earth evolving into meat bouillon.
When stirred, the wine releases vegetal notes.
The tannins are very present on the palate, bringing some marked liquorice notes.

Serving temperature : 16°C – 17°C
