The Carménère vintage produces a well-balanced wine.
It has an intense purple colour heralding a nose of strawberries, blackberries and slightly spicy dark fruit.
The palate is elegant, suave, persistent, and has a long finish with notes of blueberries and spices as as well as a hint of graphite.
Serving temperature : 16°C – 17°C
Ideal for : Grilled steak, Camargue bull beef
