Résistant Blanc (white wine)

Pale in color with soft green reflections, Résistant Blanc has a very expressive and powerful nose; with subtle notes of fresh exotic fruits, which evolve into caramelized pineapple and candied ginger.
On the palate, the attack is tangy and the exotic fruit notes evolve towards honeysuckle notes.
It is a nice wine with volume and a beautiful aromatic persistence.

Ideal for: Aperitif, summer cuisine, Mediterranean fish.
